Gina Fossitt
Gina is the founder of Dandelion BevEd and a leading voice in spirits education. As a member of the esteemed Diageo Masters of Whisky program and a former U.S. National Ambassador for brands like Lot No. 40, her expertise is in why we love high-proof spirits. Gina will be teaching the secrets to balancing flavor so you never sacrifice complexity.

Amie is WOW's Bartender of the Year and has spent her career guiding the industry on how to create world-class, sophisticated cocktails for the mindful drinker. Amie will be teaching the practical, professional techniques you can use at home immediately.

Judah Kuper fell in love with his nurse while getting treated for a surfing injury on an island in rural Oaxaca. He married into a family who has been producing Mezcal for as many generations as they can remember. Together they started Mezcal Vago and have worked to grow the category worldwide.

Lynn leads seminars, spirits and cocktail education across the world for Heaven Hill and has been a featured presenter at some of the country's top festivals (New York Food and Wine, Tales of the Cocktail, Chicago Gourmet and many more!) She has earned many national accolades throughout her career and has been featured in several publications and podcasts, including The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, The Daily Beast, Imbibe Magazine, Bon Appetit, Saveur, Martha Stewart, Gentlemen’s Quarterly and Esquire, and named top 75 People to Watch in the Imbibe 75.

Alicia Devincenzo is a skilled Bar Operations Specialist at Heaven Hill, where she combines her passion for the beverage industry with a keen eye for detail. Originally from New Jersey, Alicia's career journey began after studying fashion marketing in New York City. Though her initial focus was on fashion, she transitioned into the beverage sector, quickly discovering a deep passion for event planning and operations.
